Great photo of the cottages at canal row.These were miners cottages from 1750.There used to be a similar row on the edge of the canal where the summer house is it was called cut row.
My g-g-g-grandfather lived at these cottages in 1841 and 1851. They were miners' cottages, and he was a miner working at the Arley pit.
