its not bad photo seen better on rochdale canal.
Is this bridge near Scotsmans Flash,if it is we always called it the stone pig,when I was a lad me and my mates hung a rope from it from which I fell off and landed in the cut and had a long swim fully clothed to were I could climb out.This was in winter,about 1948 and a long walk to Platt Bridge soaked through
