Luckily it wasn't, it was a tramp out for the count!
Judging by the jacket I think thats a regular 'character' seen along the canal between Shipley and Apperley Bridge. If you ever say hello he'll always ask you what time it is.
This is a wholly inappropriate picture with an equally inappropriate comment about someone who is clearly struggling in life. Does this image enhance this otherwise excellent site?
